Ward Tranquility, Visitation, and Access Control

1.To maintain the tranquility of our wards, visitors are kindly request  to speak softly and avoid loud noises, so as not to disturb other patients' rest.

2.Guidelines for visitors and caregivers during the epidemic prevention period are in accordance with announcements from the Central Epidemic Command Center.

3.Access Control Hours:
(1)Monday to Friday, nighttime from 21:00 to the following day at 07:00, and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) nighttime from 20:00 to the following day at 07:00. During these hours, only the emergency room entrance is open for access; all other entrances and exits are restricted.
(2) Individuals entering the hospital during controlled hours are kindly requested to proactively identify themselves to the on-duty security personnel and, upon verification by the ward staff, will be registered and allowed entry.

 

Patient Safety

1.Please keep bed rails raised at all times. Family members are required to accompany the patient. Please ensure that children do not play in the patient's room, hallways, or on wheelchairs to prevent accidents.

2.If patients experience any allergic reactions to medications or are taking medications not prescribed by this hospital during your hospitalization, please inform the healthcare staff.

3.Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hospital. For those who wish to quit smoking, please inquire at the hospital's smoking cessation clinic.

4.To maintain the safety of the hospital's public areas in the ward, the use of electric devices that generate heat or consume high energy is prohibited. Cooking food in the ward is also not allowed.

 

Infection Prevention

1.Please do not bring pets into the hospital to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and to maintain a peaceful environment.

2.When caring for patients and coming into contact with their blood or bodily fluids, please adhere to basic protective measures.

 

Facilities and Services

1.Building B, Basement Floor: There is a restaurant with the following operating hours: 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM for breakfast, 11:00 AM to 1:20 PM for lunch, and 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM for dinner. If you wish to order meals, please contact the nursing station.

2.Building A, Fifth/Second Floor: Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on the fifth floor, and there is an ice maker on the second floor.

3.If you require hiring a caregiver or someone to provide hair washing services in the ward, please contact the nursing station.

 

Discharge Procedures and Payment

1.Discharge Process: Upon approval from the physician for discharge, the nurse will provide discharge health education and hand over the prescription for discharge medication. Afterward, the patient can proceed with payment and collect their medications. Patients are expected to leave the hospital within 1 hour of completing the discharge process.

2.Payment for Discharge:
(1) Monday to Friday from 07:30 AM to 10:00 PM and on Saturday from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM, please go to the service counter on the ground floor to make the payment.
(2) Monday to Friday after 10:00 PM, Saturday after 04:00 PM, and Sundays: Please go to the counter at the Emergency Room on the ground floor of Building A for payment.

 

Sexual Harassment Prevention Announcement

To provide a friendly healthcare environment, respect human rights, and promote gender equality, any form of sexual harassment or sexual assault towards others is strictly prohibited. Those who engage in sexual harassment may be subject to fines under the law.

Free for the first 30 minutes. 20 NTD for 31 to 120 minutes. 30 NTD for 121 to 180 minutes. After 120 minutes, 10 NTD per hour will be charged.
The maximum daily fee is 100 NTD.
